Recently encountered this ICO - www.stream.space.
The interesting thing about it is that daily they increase the price of the coin by 0.01 USD,
Put my hands on some few days ago for 0.13 USD now it is 0.16 USD it is about 18% gain within three days.
They target their ICO to finish on February 27, 2018 , keeping they current model that is about 0.6 USD for a token 461% gain.
Seems very ambitious or reminds of a pyramid model.
It is a smart contract on the ETH network so tokens issued immediately to you ETH wallet (don't use an account that where you don't own it's private key like exchanges etc').
ICO needs a product to make any profits for the investors.

On Another note if we take into account that two major anti piracy organization Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and Protect IP Act (PIPA) costs the U.S. economy between $200 and $250 billion per year so it seems they are going the right way.
The ICO intend to provide 250 million StreamShares (SSH) as shares so there is a potential for growth.
