I am so proud of myself. I stopped smoking. I just applied a technique, that sais: feel the urge, for a moment and then, just let it go. It worked for me. I was caughing so much and I was worried about my health. Now, I feel like, a huge, massive weight, is lifted from my shoulders. So, if you want to stop smoking, then please, don't hesitate to try this technique. Feel the urge bubbling and then sit with it for a moment. And let go. If will work for you if it worked for me.
