Self-care is never and cant be seen as selfish reason been that you cant serve from empty vessel ,nothing annoys me more than when someone expects you to be okay with something they would not be okay with if they do it.so please and please if YOUR A FOODIE dont start dieting because of what people says about you keep doing what you love .for those that love going to gem keep it up, no matter how care full or smoke free you try to stay you have just one life to live.so please do the needful and F**k dieting if its not your thing.keep steeming.
