I am a big fan of masternodes and staking coins to earn rewards. However I have a slight problem with staking I have to keep the wallet sync to the network which means that I have to keep my computer on all day which I can do and the problem with a masternode is that you need a certain amount of the tokens to be put up as collateral and typically it will take at least a few thousand dollars to get the needed amount of tokens and based on the few videos I watched online on how to set up a masternode I can tell it is quite a hassle especially with someone like me.
I found a solution to this problem. It is call stakinglab. They will take care of the staking for you, all you have to do is deposit the coins into your stakinglab wallet and stake it. For masternodes you can do shared nodes where you earn a portion of the rewards.
Being a minnow and with no fiat to invest into crypto I bought a bit of RAIN with steem a while back and I have been staking it. in the short bit of time I have been staking on staking lab I have earned about 60 something rain on a deposit of 179 rain. It's not bad plus with me reinvesting the 60 coins into staking I up my position in the staking pool so my rewards will grow with time exponentially. I have used some of my earnings to get a bit of ALQO to participate in a masternode. I am getting rewarded form the node every 2 days or so. I have been taking the rewards form staking RAIN and ALQO and reinvesting it, RAIN into the staking pool and ALQO into more nodes. My plan is to grow my steemit account and my earnings on staking lab to eventually buy enough of a coin for a whole masternode (prolly deviant or gin), then I will use one of them to grow a second on and then a third. Slowly I can grow my masternode earnings and with it my steemit account.
The staking lab team has added many POS coins on their website, some of which are:
Rain
Peony
Everest
OPC
Impleum
HOLD
And many more.
Some of their masternode coins are:
APR
Deviant
LPC
Alqo
MONK
Condominium
The staking lab team can be easily reached on discord, I have not tried to file a support ticket because of it but considering how quickly I get a response on discord I believe their support will be just a quick (at most a couple hours)
I have been on it for a few months now and I am a big fan of their service. I would definitely suggest you guys check it out here. (this is a affiliate link I will earn 3% of your rewards). You can refer your friends and earn some rewards too!! It is a win- win situation.
Thanks for sharing!
I have updated the post, how does it look now?
