It amazes me that the big media corporations can spend millions on this garbage and many will just eat it up. Why????? Is the programming that strong? Are we collectively that "dumbed down"? Or is it just shear boredom mixed with the fact that people just go to the theaters (do they still???) and see what is available, no questions asked.
I remember a time when people laughed and made fun of most sequels because they were inherently bad. Nowadays most movies are just a waste of time, so I rarely go to the theaters.
We are creatures of habits, I suppose.

It was the best of movies, it was the worst of movies.
If you are a die hard Star Wars fan and know all the lore, than, in this movie the bad guys win. (and the entire movie is spent doing stupid stuff)
If you are normie, then this is an action packed race against time movie where the good guys (i mean girl) wins.
