This is one of the newest users. They get about 20 comments over 5 days (1 per 6 hours), active users comment more than this. Also if users do say 10 upvotes in a day then maximum comments are reduced and they cant even do 4 comments a day.
It just gives a bad introduction to the platform if new users get locked out and can only then do one comment every 6 hours.
Yes my friend, you explain the situation and how it is now completely wrong what is write in whitepaper, they changed the rules and they should change whitepaper, right?
