You should know that when you set a bounty, before the end of 7th day you should decide who made the best comments and upvote them.
If you will not upvote anybody, the 5% of your bounty value will be divided to the commenters and rest you will got back.
You can decide even how much of your voting power you can give to each commenter, in this way you will make a kind of division of bounty.

Steem-Bounty is the way to engage the audience in a discussion & also giving them the reward at the same time. It also promotes your post & increases user engagement. To put a bounty send an amount to @steem-bounty with memo as post link. They will also promote your post on their blog. You can upvote the useful discussion comments to distribute award among the participants. I hope it helps, questions are welcomed.

One thing that I would like to highlight which is not on most posts is that when you do not upvote any comment on your post that has a bounty, the bounty less 10% will be returned to you after your post payout. This is also mentioned on my post.
