BRANDING: every business you set up needs brand that will single you out among your competitors. You can use anything to brand your business, but make sure is well accepted by the evironment. And make sure you work towards it. For instance, if brand is quality products, sell quality products to your costomers, because they have 100% perception that they are buying a quality product from you becuase of your brand is quality
CORE COMPETENT
Don't set up a business you don't have in depth knowledge aboout it, even if the profit is huge. Most business collapse because they don't kniw their left form right. It will better to employ someone to run it for you if don't any ideal about the business
DELIGHT: customers always want their perception equals the actual,but they will be delighted when there is additional device is attached to the product this may be call augmented part of a product or service. For instance, if go to a shop to buy a 100% cotton shirt and the shirt is iron free and dirt free. I know you will be delighted. So alway try find things that will delight your customers alway as know delight is more than satisfaction.
Environment every business operates in an environment. The environment tells you the kind of competitors you have, customers and consumers, suppliers, the strength of the barrier of entry to the industry. This will make you understand you business and it environment very well and also know tour strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. These are the most important things you need to know in your business environment.
