Hello steemians! So i took the challenge to draw a Fantasy theme, held by @perennial, the founder of Steem Cartoon. The challenge is we need to create an artwork by using Steem Cartoon logo or Wo-owl.

So i think maybe i should create a character. A girl, anime style character (what should you expect from the Anime Reviewer? XD)
Have you ever heard the Earth-chan meme? The phenomena where suddenly everyone want to make everything an anime character, started from this.

And now, everything has -chan on it. Damn internet!
So from this "meme" i decided to do the same to Steemit as well. Why not? XD
The first thing that got in my mind is Little Witch Academia when it come to Fantasy.
So i make this as my inspiration and main reference for the Wo-owl chan.
Argghh, assignment! Steemit! So i took a whole day just for this artwork!
(Yeah i know, i should focus on assignment. Kinda regret right now.)
So i extract the colour from the logo as the main colour pallet for this artwork.
And lets the drawing begin!
