I ran into that problem for the first time this morning but only for a few minutes. I wonder if it was for playing with the meep bot the other day, if someone took offense to one of my posts, then I started to wonder if it was the steemit servers were low on bandwidth, because of the short duration I thought maybe it was just a server hiccup. Lots of theories about what that bandwidth limit thing is all about. I'll accept what you say is true. Thanks
