6 Ways To Earn With Your FREE Steemit.com Account

A month ago I joined this community to learn more about crypto currency and the Steemit platform. A platform where you can earn for doing what you are already doing (socializing, helping others, entertaining, etc).

I sent some friends here, and like me, they said they were having a hard time figuring out how this site works and how to earn. I decided to put together a simple list of 6 ways to earn with Steemit along with some great links that helped me get started.

In the upper right corner of your account is a link that says "Submit Story". This will allow you to post content. If people like your content, they will "upvote it". Your get paid for upvote. Go the bottom of any post, and just above the content, and you can see how much each post has earned. Your post can earn for only seven days. Of the earnings posted, the author gets paid 75% of the amount once the 7 day earning period is over.

How many times did you like someone's post on Facebook and never got paid? On Steemit you can earn for liking people's posts. Simply "upvote" them. This is called "curating" and you can earn for upvoting posts you like.

Now you can get paid for your opinion. Just comment on other Steemian's posts and express your opinion or feelings. If people like what you have to say, they will upvote your comment and you will earn.

Many Steemians hold contests that you can enter for FREE and win SBD which you can later convert to cash. @daveks has photography contests. Just submit your photos. It's fun and you can win SBD! Then there are people like @steemit-health who will pay you Steem or SBD for posting a comment on their post, or doing a little activity like meditating for 1 minute. Check out what @steemit-health is offering today (btw, you can do this every day to earn): https://steemit.com/@steemit-health

No, you don't get paid to go to court and testify what you saw. Talk about bad luck, you can get an upvote of 1% to 50%. On my first try with Randowhale and I get the 1%.

Good. Now that I have seen how it works in action, I can use the trick I wrote about here to see if it will go higher on my next try.
