A collection of thumbnails with the steemit logo on it, and still enough room to put some text on top of it.
So, all you need to do is to is click the thumbnail you like, which will bring you to the site where it's stored, so you can download the original full sized image and then you can use some photo editor, like PicMonkey to put the keywords of your post on top of it, save it to your own device and then upload it to the Steemit image upload site, so you get the url to drop in your post.
If you want to hide the thumbnail, so it only shows on the steemit tag pages, but not inside the post itself, this is how you do that;

Great post :) I've found that 850x496 is the optimal thumbnail size (in my opinion)
