Did you get the latest miner? The POW was changed on Monday requiring new software to mine. You ca always go to https://steemit.chat/channel/mining and get help there.
You may also just need to wait for the mining to start. How long did you wait before the above screenshot after you started the miner? Given the block you are on it does not look like it has finished syncing yet
