Your articles will be visible for other steemfollower users and they upvote the ones they like (including your posts). Your post will be hidden once the Pending SBD becomes 0. Upvotes are not done automatically, users must upvote them because they like them. Steemfollower website provides additional incentive for steemians to like posts and it provides a good coverage. My posts have significantly increased in upvotes.
