The board of directors can fire him. They have the final say in how Steemit Inc is run.

You think they have a board of directors? Hahaha

Well, it could be a board of Neds, but I hope not.

But I couldn't see the board of directors while he was downsizing.

None of us can. Their discussions are behind closed doors.

Yup but being something decentralized, it's ethically good to share the reasons behind some important decisions.

You need to have 0 expections from Steemit. You'll be very disappointed otherwise

You meant to say that we are wasting our time out here? O.o

No. Otherwise I wouldn't hold 250K SP.
But the vast majority of value comes from Steem users, not Steemit Inc. So I wouldn't hold my breath to see any clarification about anything from them. They made it clear transparency is a vice as far as they're concerned.

Most states allows corporations to have 1 person to hold the office of President and Secretary as well as be the sole director of a corporation. I'm unsure which state Steemit, Inc is incorporated in, but generally speaking, Ned could easily hold all 3 positions in most states.
