That fella is running an upvote service supporting the blacklisted scammers and using your service to promote himself. Cutting him off will help cut off his scammers. Thanks for the quick reply.
Ahh, I'll check it out. While I aggressively blacklist trash, there are certain things I focus on as I need to be 100% sure it's the right decision and many things are subjective.
Update: Blacklisted and their delegation removed.
