The maximum value could maybe be selling the account to some dork.

Creating a new account with 1000 SP delegation, then telling someone how expensive Steem is and showing off the 1000 SP (as delegation), as I know most people don't know the difference at first.

Then just send the password as email and maybe in the end change the password when I have got the money from the scammed victim.

If I would not be so mean, I would just add the new account to auto-upvote my own posts and hope that the new user doesn't know how to stop it.
