Interesting. But what makes You believe steemit will attract the masses anytime soon?
So far steemit is just a simple looking blogging platform, lacking many features other social media platforms have. And a lot of content is about cryptos, which are still not mainstream either. And if Your blog posts don't get seen and upvoted by some whales, You can write the best content of the earth and still not get many upvotes. So I'm curious, but still sceptical.

@arian1 one thing is because of the momentum that it already has behind. Craigslist is a simple looking website as well but it just has been the #1 classified ad site that generates millions in ad revenue per year so it is not about the look as there are pleny of pretty looking website that get no traffic and generate zero revenue.
Yes, it is lacking a lot of features but those can be added. it is about the community and yes there can be more topics but that will come in due time. However, regardless if a person earns a penny or $1,000 it is still more than they are getting paid anywhere else for their content.
Yes! Even just making the first few dollars is infinitely more than we've ever made off facebook! :)
@foodisfree once this starts to hit people that they can actually get paid and not have to put in a dime it is game over as they will easily tell there friends.
Totally! The people are taking back the powers that the bankers used to have and we're creating a community while we create together! I'm already spreading the word to my favorite content creator friends. :)
@foodisfree yes the more that learn about Steem come here and make money and get excited and then go tell others. When this thing does get going it will be a train that just will not stop.
