Congratulations! You entered the mining queue because you found a PoW! You are currently in 18th position.

Don't stop the miner, or you won't get your reward when it's your turn!
You can't find another PoW while you are in the queue, so the miner throttles down... I am not sure why it does not stop hashing completely though... https://steemd.com/witnesses

      Yep! Congrats! For your first POW!
      You should setup your machine for more than one miner (3 is good for start) so when the first get in the queue the other 2 continue to use your machines hashing power (so you will not see the hps drop again)

      go to config.ini and make it like this:

      witness = "hossary1"
      witness = "hossary2"
      witness = "hossary3"
      miner = ["hossary1","5JodfhtgiodfshgksdhfglkhdfsklghfdkHYFgujghfuggfu75h"]
      miner = ["hossary2","5JKJhfYujguitgYDErtwtUJ647hjfhhjfk5544HHvhhHFSooJFp"]
      miner = ["hossary3","5JlkhfdfTUKIK64FGKK7645BKFgxgjgjkgHGHjhvDjfHvjhU6hj"]

      You can create new private keys for your new witness/miners with the command:

      suggest_brain_key

        I have the same problem. Should I create more than 1 account ?
        1 account == 1 witness ?
