I would offer you to put most of it to SP (Steem Power), by clicking on the arrow next to your STEEm and select power up, there you can choose how much would you like to power up. it will increase value of your upvote. If you would like some other methods, i would offer you to create contest! To write a blog, make a video, show effort to support, an interesting initiative, you name it!
