Snax is an international anonymous team.
The actions of the regulators are not predictable now, so we will be anonymous until we are convinced that the rules of the game are established by the regulatory authorities and are understandable.
??!?
i'm all up for de-centralization and the road to independence but what exactly does that mean ? That means there's no one to be held responsible if someone takes the money and runs ?
Could you elaborate on that in any way , please ? (without giving up anonimity) You do understand how that would sound fishy to some people, right ?
More options is better, more spread is better but if you could indulge me for a moment here, no rush to it ?
The very regulators you're talking about can already use that for their favourite "but why if you have nothing to hide"-beating stick. Not me, please don't misunderstand me but i'm curious :) How do you build a global network integrating all social media you can get your hands on , get paid and stay anonymous ?
At any rate i'm gonna check it out, if it doesn't involve handing over credit cards or steem keys its very likely i'll sign up for the extra probability of exposure when i want it.
<- kidding but you do know with all the hit 'n run ICO s in the past years ...
can't wait to see what it brings ... @snaxteam
oh .. well ...
do snax tokens have actual fiat value at the moment ... i remember minds.com giving out tokens on the freebie all over the place but in the end you had to BUY ethereum in order to get to them and they weren't worth anything lol. It's not like that , if it extra exposure, that alone has added value and i'll certainly google some but , well
im curious
the more the merrier ..
(not pulling a Louis Theroux here, it's honest interest and curiosity ... well maybe a little pull, can't be careful enough these days ...))
Mh, or maybe i should clarify just a little more, i seem to be often misunderstood, my main concern in fact is not whatever you're doing, my main concern is that, in a time where, as you state yourself, the powers that be are still deciding on the law to lay down, STEEM itself, at a vulnerable, volatile moment gets linked with a collective that leaves no trace but a financial scandal, in essence bringing down the reputation of what has become my favourite platform and "thing" in ages. So please, don't take this as an attack or an attempt by some anonymous-linked-to-the-competition-coin-guy (since im pretty much not anonymous myself), i'm not the enemy.
i hope that explains my predicament lol
Not that anonymous lol
Although I don#t quite know what to make of this project if I'm honest.....I'd suggest talking to @dragosroua He produced their first block it said in one of his posts and he has always come across as a stand-up kinda guy in my opinion and he is a witness.
i'll ask around, thanks !!!thanks for that, im gonna peek around a bit , i had @dragosroua as witness for quite a while , <3 the site. It's just not all clear to me what it's doing other than distribute tokens for posting ... (like something else ? well no steem has apps running on it and i hope many more to come)
We are an international team, and we do not only live according to US laws. What is legal in EU and Japan can be illegal (but it's not exactly, only SEC knows) in US. We haven't money to hire lawyers all over the world. We know, that we don't deceive people.
I wasn't implying that you are. Besides, you seem to have somewhat less anonymous people on it like local witnesses. One local lawyer should professionally be able to tell you what it needs to go abroad i guess but it's a total greyzone so you'd probably be throwing your money in a pit there as he would certainly not professionally decline to take the fee lol.
I don't think SEC knows, they're just trying things out, as the most important thing would be that the overlords don't lose control AND get their monthly feudal fees for the right to inhabit their lands - which is what makes this global thing probably hella-scary to some previous generations. I'm not sure about doing business across the globe (maybe you can mail Zucerberg or larry lol, they should know) but in essence i think it comes down to declaring the fiat money at the end of the year. (in essence ... some places will be greedier)
But from a purely practical point of view you can't tax someone on their assets because they need those assets in order to make money for the feudal lords, right ? I always take the example of a miner or mining company as the word resonates on Crypton as well. A miner is not asked to turn over 60% of his ore yearly (belgian rates lol), but asked to turn over 60% of the money made by selling it. Just like Fedex or whatever you have there doesn't have to give up 60% of their vans or else the year after they would earn said feudal lords nothing anymore. That's basically it. If an oldskool invester fears a coming war and buys a few palettes of gold bricks, puts it in a nuclear shelter the no one will ask him or her to pay up 60% of the gold bars at the end of the year. A kind of logic that they would (or should) hold to , unless they want to strip-mine every startup on Crypton in the first year.
but i'm not a lawmaker ... just a curious cat ... thanks for the reply !!!!! (and good luck ... its a jungle out there ...)
Now I am convinced they are pranking us. They must be having a good laugh.. goodness I know I am. Oh boy I just love a good knee slapper. Snax! Ha!
Reminds me of this.. lol
You have received a negative vote.
Hm , i havent checked the replies yet i like to keep an open mind on these things, it's a grey zone after all but if it were all scams it wouldnt have half a billion worth across the globe by now.
I don't understand why your reply warranted a downvote though ? Everyone's entitled to their opinion as far as i know. I'll get to the rest of the replies here later, hopefully tomorrow
Cheers
