this got me thinking why i even care about all this and spend time reading about it. he who has gold will make the rules.
SO, if we can make it that the new tokens get into new people’s hands, that is the best goal one could ask for.
i know you do a lot of curation even in this system so you do it because you want to. i don't see people who sell votes or what evere that they will now look through steem to find 100+ people every day to curate.
I want to make a wager, that the 150+ content creators I currently upvote daily, if 90% + of them earn MORE Steem than they did before the EIP changes
of course they will, because now with the new curve i will not vote for a new guy that has 15 votes from minnows, i will vote for people that you vote for, because more share vote in the post means that my vote will maybe be worth something, opposite to voting for someone that is still not noticed or ignored that will most of the time be a dust vote. (could be that i completely misunderstood the curve).
I don't see the benefits to new and small accounts, and it may be i just know nothing.
