Option 1. Same deal for everybody. They should know how a powerdown works.
I am still of the opinion that we should have a 4 week powerdown for everybody.
There is no reason to treat exchanges differently.
After all they deliberately locked customer funds for 13 weeks in order to screw over Steem governance.
After listening to roy yesterday, I really think that they don't know how it works. Crazy.
