I'm afraid I don't follow... What is the Feb 5 rules outlining exactly? Is this account dedicated to burning steem?
Why not burn the SBD to the promote option right away in place of arming more users with liquid steem/SBD. Selling them on the internal market doesn't do much good as it can still then be transferred and pumped on the open market. Using the post promote right away destroys that ability.

The illustration is cool by the way.
This account burnt hundreds of dollar per post. Why my account never tried to get hundred dollar reward a post and even had a hard time getting at least $1.00. Anyway, since it is an experiment I am here to speculate what happen next.
