I saw. I am glad that it is happening this way. before when it was just downvote at a cost, anyone who could "repair" was also likely downvoting so had very little stake. Free downvotes offers a few benefits here ;D
The free flags certainly came with some unexpected benefits ;)
Once it is common practice, it probably won't be needed as much, but right now, it definitely is.
