That is why most of the DApps have a discord channel where we can chat if we have any issues. I have not really encounter people that complain much here but it sucks to be complaining we must appreciate and be positive towards the great opportunity happening here!
I only started to use Discord recently, chatting took so much time that I try to use only when needed. You right that is better to stick to their Discord channel and make sure you provide positive feedback.
