Just posted about it, they increased this morning by 1600 votes in less than 3 hours. It is not organic and something fishy behind it!

I noticed yesterday that Verge's total decreased by ~500 votes after a similar sudden increase. I think something like that will probably happen today too as it seems there is definitely something fishy going on...
I sent an email to the contest to make an investigation.

Good idea, I think I will too. If enough of us do, then hopefully they'll look into what's going on.
