If the answer is yes, then its a no brainer that people who have well voted posts should indeed buy as much steem as possible and power-up before the payout day!

As far as I know, your posts' payout are not affected by your own voting power.
ok, so If I powerup I will adding SBD to the posts I upvoted.. right?
Not retrospectively though, only to posts you vote on after having powered up.
