What a great post, thank you. I echo almost all of your statements. I am still relatively new here but working in the IT industry, I know how development works and frankly HF20 was an utterly abysmal job of roll out. I hope we can all learn from the process and move forward with more standard protocols for these, mainly proper testing before rolling out otherwise this will always remain a mediocre project and will not achieve the successes it can with the right mindset.
