RE: Making some Minnows

in #steem7 years ago

Woehaa, thanks a lot!

For a second I thought Steemit went crazy as I got the slider to upvote. I first went to Steemit because I had 99% VP. And today is my last day from a full week curation hunting.

After having a look at my wallet I was really amazed that someone delegated 170SP without prior notice. But after checking Ginabot I found out where it came from as well as the post with info was just created.

Currently I have a 250 SP holiday delegation. I think that will last until Sunday 19 August. So I think it might be best if I enjoy this delegation for about 10 days and then you can redistribute it to another Steemonian.

About how future curation will work and what will be the best strategy, I have a great idea. @miniature-tiger needs to write a new post about this subject. Since his previous posts were by far the best explanation ever!

:D My pleasure

A shame your other delegation is due to expire soon, I'll likely leave mine in place until the end of September.

@miniature-tiger and @crokkon are definitely the accounts to keep an eye on with regards to this subject :)

Also me of course. In the past week I most likely collected over 1 SP as curation rewards with having about 330 SP to upvote. Quite nice. Especially if you know that about 80%-90% of my upvotes were on utopian and my own followings.

You seem to be doing well, great to hear!
Enjoy your delegations the next week/weeks.

Thanks.

Are you also following Answer?
How else could you have found this so quickly.

That was indeed how I found out

Congratulations, @crypto-econom1st for receiving the delegation. I know I've been seeing you engage in a lot of same places I end up, so well done. Even if you're already trying to give it back. :) Just kidding. Very honorable of you, though.

Thanks!

This also means I can upvote comments without having issues with the dust threshold.
Although I already had that it might be a bit more difficult to keep your VP at a decent percentage.

Yeah, there's always a hitch somewhere. Then you get more SP and then you still end up low on VP. It seems like you need to be closing in on Orca status at least before it seems to work out, and only if you're regularly rationing it.

At any rate, it does feel better to clear the dust threshold regularly, though.
