You get a vote, but.... That vote is worth more than your bid. Usually about 135% more.... And at some times you will get an even higher vote at random.....
So if you can wait 7 days?..... Give a bid @randowhale 😉
Tried it with 0.5 sbd which is around 6 dollars got something about 2 dollar vote back. Didnt see 135% at all...
Yes, but when you get your payout from your two dollar vote, half of it will be in SBD, so you actually are getting a bit more.
Exactly! SBD is going from $12 up to $14.50 at times! So that $2 vote is actually in SBD and Steem, ignore the $..... You will end up with around 75% of the $2 vote after curation rewards are removed, about $1.50 to you and of that about $1.035 is SBD which is over double the original 0.5 SBD bid.....
