STEEM - Resistance line not even touched during the bounce on the BTC

I was expecting at least a little touch of the resistance line in orange before a new drop but it looks like the STEEM is really sleepy and just did a little green candle. So after that green candle, we have only small short candles, every moves on the STEEM looks shy now.
