Most alt coins are down today, you might be thinking to out smart the market.
I would advice against it, the best thing is turn off your screen and enjoy life
if you can not turn off looking at the screen, you have a problem

Price checking is a real disease! if you are checking your phone every minute u need to just have a seperate monitor or tablet with poloniex or your favorite coin price app and have a lil tablet next to ur main screen like this,
otherwise all that tiem checking prices adds up and u loose sleep and its crazy we need to chill, maybe sell everythingf or bitcoina nd just hodl bitcoin

I agree I think paying too much attention to investing loses you money because it makes you think short term.
