The cryptocurrency ecosystem is full of development and excitement, its impossible to keep up with all the activities from Hardforks to Softforks to TestNet to Mainnets its 24/7 non-stop action. Recently Ethereum has attracted major attention with its upcoming Hardfork and a price action that saw a 90% rise in price out-performing all major cryptocurrency. Nonetheless, we got some major action happening in the Steem ecosystem with the release of TestNet for SMT on January 15, 2019.
Generally speaking these events are quite bullish and usually are well received by traders. With just a week to go, can the Steem developers impress and excite the cryptocurrency community? Only time would tell but with so much happening around this time-line particularly Ethereum hardfork and its recent rallies, traders may turn their attention there. We still cannot bet against Steem, this blockchain got a real die-hard community and I am sure when the time arrives they would spread the word.
