I just stumbled onto this post and have to say you nailed it. The issues are spot on and sadly most never see the true battles necessary, instead focusing on putting out brush fires. I have lost hope in them ever really changing due to the advisors they have surrounded themselves with, but I applaud your efforts to open people's eyes!
