Where should Steem position itself ? What is the opposite of "divide et impera" ?

Few days ago I had thoughts about how we get more and more divided by mass media idiocracy programming.

DIVIDE ET IMPERA

We are practically divided and split up several times on many layers and different vectors. instead of being unified, discussing the real problems we face as a human race, we are broken up into hundreds of pieces fighting each other, distracted and entertained by brainfuck Inc, Hollywood&MainstreamCO, while the mass media work hard every day to further divide us into smaller pieces based on perpetual stiring between religions, genders, races and colors aswell as sparking division between young and old and so on. Boomer vs. Millenial, Nonbinary vs. Transfemale there are no limits

So my thought: What if Steem tries to promote and represent the absolute opposite to "divide et impera"

What is the opposite to divide and rule ?

unify and selfgovern ?

Wouldnt it be great to selforganize and promote cooperation, strength and growth rather than division and fight.

I made a tiny gif promo for Steem. A sneak preview of the direction of promotion i was thinking of.

What do you think about this idea?

*thanks to @nealmcpadden for poking me to make a post :)))

I like it! Unify. That's a great plan. I just don't know if people can hear it over the noise.

So we need a highpitched squeeeky noise ourself and a megaphon. :)
