It is really not my cup of tea as well, do not find the idea appealing at all.
Could however be amusing to see if it would down vote itself, unfortunately I do not have the funds to test it.

I guess you could have it target it's own comment that it leaves when it downvotes someone else, or you could target its own daily reports. Heh.
