RE: How Reputation Is Attained on Steem/Steemit

in #steem6 years ago

Hey @krnel! I found your blog from your appearance in PYPT today. I enjoyed this post because there aren't many posts out there about how reputation actually works. This is very helpful information.

I'm working on a project to help explain such concepts to new or prospective users. This insight will be helpful when explaining reputation, so thank you for sharing it.

I wish you the best on your return to the platform. I'll definitely check out your witness effort, as I'm always looking to support quality witnesses.

Great, glad to know it was helpful info for you as well :) Good luck on your project, gave it an upvote too ;)

I really appreciate it! It was good to hear from you today on PYPT. I'll look forward to seeing what you share now that you've decided to test the Steemit waters once again. Do you have any recent blogs about your witness efforts? I suppose I could look, but I'd love to know about any updates.

As a Witness, what I offer is not technical improvements or apps for the blockchain, but informative quality knowledge. I want people to learn about meaningful information that can affect the quality of their lives, to change the current condition of the world through empowering information.

I want to change things in the world, and Steem is the platform through which I wanted to try to do that by spreading quality information. Quality information will raise the quality of our consciousness, our thinking, and as a result the overall quality of the world as well. Moral knowledge is the most important to do this.
