I started to make money, but I realized soon enough that it wasn't that simple. Now I know that Steemit may never make me rich, but I stay for the community. I met loads of cool people here, and leaving Steemit would be like leaving them also. I can't even imagine that. It doesn't stop me from joining other platforms however, because they are not mutually exclusive. Some also have loads of people from Steemit, so it's just like an expanding family =)
This is the perfect attitude for Steem evecab - if everyone came here just for community and fun, you would be surprised at how rich us early adopter would eventually become.
Rarely is makign money simple, otherwise everyone would have it :)
Many travel all over to try the competition or to attempt to be one of the early adopters and take advantage of the future. There are so many from Steem because they understand there is potential in creating community.
have you tried any other platforms @tarazkp? I'm on whaleshares and scorum also. Lately I'm less on scorum though since it's mostly centered around football and soccer (I prefer martial arts), but whenever I have a fitness post, I put it there also.
I play around a little on smoke.io to see how it goes. It has 50/50 curation which I find interesting to watch as it changes behaviours and interaction on the platform quite a lot.
