Looks like a very balanced and fair system from here. I like the ability to sponsor someone, and did so today. It's the gift that keeps on giving! :)

Thanks for your support. I've tried to keep it fair and balanced, and to learn as much as possible from this first almost year of operation and incorporate those lessons into the new design.
