If you review their comment history, you will see they copy and paste responses. These kind are usually intending to trick others into upvoting them as you have done.
Recommend removing your upvote from them. They have been reported to @Steemcleaners. Also, I have flagged them and will inform the rest of the @steemflagrewards team.
