Steem is worth less than one dollar, buy it now. And there MUST be some limit in transactions to prevent spam. Most od spam is created by users with no SP. There was bandwidth before and now RCs.

If i would be more wise i would keep some of my savings for this moment, but i spent all for shitcoins trying to get a support on our coins in Waves, so now game over..

I didn't expect any increase of STEEM price because of HF. Price of Steem is connected to BTC price (like all crypto market) and BTC is still low.
Bid bots can't be removed from Steem.
I have no doubt at all that steem price will be pushed UP because of HF20 changes. But I expect to see this at least after 3-5 month (msybe even later), not after 3-5 days.
