I hope you are all having a good day today. Because Steem is doing very well in the last few days. And it even seems like Steem is touching the $2 mark again. Levels we haven't seen since June, earlier this year.
state of the network
Steem is currently trading, little under the $2 dollars. The last time we have been at these levels were months ago. And currently we are in a uptrend. Which is a lot nicer than seeing Steem fall down. Or watching it bungle around the $1 all the time.
And with SBD constantly trading over $10 now. Even the newer users are able to grab some nice reward.

In the last few months, Steem has been in an downwards trend. But since november, steem is climbing steady. In the first half of december, it has doubled in value.

At 29 november the market cap was still at $ 235.000.000. Currently we are looking at a market cap of $488.792.272.
This is for a circulating suply of 246,406,816 Steem.

how Further?
It will be interesting too see how Steem price will play-out further. Will it be able to keep up it's current pace? Or will be see a resistance soon?
The currency has doubled in value in half a month, so could we looking at a $4 Steem at 2018?
