Making video and even photos storable on blockchain will take an ennormous amount memory...
"Decent" is an upcoming blockchain project that is trying to tackle this issue with a content distribution platform. Kindof like Steemit here, but more like a YouTube type platform. its a few months off from beta stage, but if they make it happen, It's open source so I'm sure steemit could use the tech if it actually works.
