I do not see any comprehensive data on how 50% of tokens are distributed to current Steem DTube customers. Can this be clarified in detail?

Why also can't Steem consumers claim their accounts any more?
Already been clarified, both video creators and curators will be rewarded, the claim phase was open for months... I still think you can claim after though
