There is a saying "He who holds the Gold are making the rules". The whales contribution is buying up the steem and they invested their time to accumulate that wealth. Good point of view of bringing this Gini coeffiecient in our attention @quantalysus

    Still no whale or even coalition of whales won't dare to open conflict with steemit.inc.
    So steemit.inc making the rules.

    Thanks for reading. There are quite a few accounts working on growing the overall ecosystem. Distributing Steem Power is just one hypothesis in doing so.
