Hi John. It is only my opinion but I say post as often as you like. I imagine the more content you put out the more exposure you will get and the quicker your followers and upvotes with come.
If you have ideas for great content than i am certain people who see it will begin following you and anticipating your next posts. Good Luck and I look forward to viewing and upvoting what you put out.
