The answer is YES. We are up to build a truly SOCIAL network for social impact on Steem. Steems mechanisms allow the alignment of funding and social impact - something the impact world is working on hard and still hasn't found good solutions for. I do hope your post isn't ment as a warning to rely on Steem's blockchain technology.
Our business model focusses short term on FIAT-revenues, so that we will not be forced to dump Steem in the market. ImpactN will rather bring value and demand into the system - through a marketplace and crowd-based social impact assessment, based on powering up Steem/SMTs.
We are looking forward to collaborate with this great community which I have met first time at Steemfest3 at Krakòw.
