I agree, and these things are only going to get more pressing and important when big companies want to integrate SMTs. They'll want hand holding through the whole process and we'll lose them right off the bat if the documentation doesn't SIGNIFICANTLY improve.
Definitely, that's why I try to raise awareness onto that. Nowadays way too much knowledge is just passed on directly from people to people, even the testnet thing it wasn't working until I had to ask the guy. Which means that if he isn't online you can't use it.
But I have high hopes that incentivizing contributions with platforms like utopian and bug bounties will solve that.
