It’s in millions of vests. A million vests is just under 500 Steem Power. Right now it’s 490.283 SP per million vests; that number is constantly slowly increasing.
1,000,000 vests = minnow
10,000,000 vests = dolphin
100,000,000 vests = orca
1,000,000,000 vests = whale
I hope you have that saved so you can copy/paste.

I thought the math would different based on percentages of the top holders. But oh well, maybe I'll have to post this on your future blogs. So people don't always ask
The classification of MVest number is not determined by the number of people holding each level or what percentage they are at. That is designed by the system like @preparedwombat cited.
Not the numbers in each category and the percentage of the whole they control, that changes. It is really evident in the quarterly post I just put up...which really shows the change over a 90 day period.
Much less now than a couple of months ago!
